Well, time for the tribute to one piece. I know these aren't robins colors, but I wanted to use ones closer to the real thing, since its hard to mistake her for anyone else. The setting was from a friends suggestion.
Oh I added a special fan tidbit in, kinda obvious but you'll only get it if your a hardcore fan.
The ink art isn't by me but since I was unable to find the original artist, I won't be able to give credit as I usually do.
Yo! :°D The global shading line is pretty good, it really gives a club-lights effect, maybe I would have drawn thinner lines on the hips and on the bellybutton, but that's only my sensation. I really like the texture on the skirt and I love the jolly roger on the belt, it's brilliant! Otherwise I don't like the texture on the hat, it looks flat, like it was made out of paper...I would put some shading into that! The blue eyes are great but I'd add a little more colour on her face, and again some light/shadow, maybe on her cheek. You should work on her hair too, but you already said that yourself so...I guess that's all I have to say. lol
Thanks a ton for the hints and suggestions, I can't believe I forgot to shade the hat =O I worked a lil on shading the face, but when it came out weird I pulled it back a lot and went for light highlights, but I guess they arent really noticable. I've got an idea of somethin to try on the hair too. I'll leave this one up though and put up a v2 when I throw in the addtions. Thanks again though, this is really goin to help me progress. XD
Looking good. I think your shading is coming along nicely. Her hip line that you've draw really adds to the form and helps the pose of the drawing. Nice work
